CANCELLATION POLICY A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled on or before March 23, 2012. No reimbursement will be made if registration is cancelled after March 23, 2012. This is due to contractual agreements with the hotel and the need to prepare training material. Thank you for your understanding.

Conference attendance is transferable. Please give one week notice to avoid delays at registration.
